The Coverstar Central Story...

It all began in 1990 when John St.Clair, Jr. President of Coverstar Central, recognized the growing consumer demand for automatic pool covers.  John received years of experience growing up working in the swimming pool industry.  John was educated with a degree in business and inspired by successful businessmen’s attention to detail and unsurpassed customer service.  From these ideals a cover distribution company was born and has continued to evolve through the years.

Authorized Dealer’s were selected to promote products and provide service to cover owners throughout our sales area. Our service and installation technicians quickly became sought after by pool owners and pool builders throughout the Midwest.  The name and logo has changed over the years however, the same familiar team of qualified technicians, sales associates and office staff continue to represent the Coverstar product, provide the latest technology and prompt service.

Our company has been recognized as a Growth 100 Company the past four years by the Indiana University School of Business. This prestigious award honors the finest of Indiana's rapid growth high potential companies.  Emphasis on building strong professional relationships with Dealers has resulted in John St. Clair, Jr. being named Region V Salesman of the Year by the National Spa & Pool Institute on several occasions. In addition, the Better Business Bureaus "Complaint Free Award" was presented to the company the past five consecutive years as a result of serving our customers fairly.

Coverstar Central serves pool owners, dealers and distributors in 18 states. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Coverstar Central has recently opened an office in Texas to service the expanding pool cover market in the Southwest.  Coverstar Central is prepared to provide for current and future automatic pool cover needs.
